Returns & refunds

I want you to be 100% happy with your Esther Towler limited edition print. If you would like to discuss a refund or exchange please do let me know as soon as possible. My refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I’m afraid that I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

 

 1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

2. Exchanges

If you would like to discuss exchanging your print for a different piece then please let me know. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

 

3.Damages

I trust that every artwork I sell arrives in perfect condition. If this is not the case and your print has been damaged during transit then I will endeavour to get this resolved as quickly as possible. 

 

4. Shipping returns

To return your print, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

When returning a print, I recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
