The Art of Photo-Encaustics Workshop

Where Beeswax & Photography Collide

Dive into the world of photo-encaustics where beeswax and photography collide to create beautiful emotive artworks, which add a new depth to your photography practice. For the last 7 years, I have used photo-encaustics as part of my fine-art photography. I have been lucky enough to have trained with some of the best encaustic artists in America who all use the encaustic process in unique ways. I adore using this ancient process as part of creating my artwork. It is a lovely tactile, calm process which adds an ethereal feel with texture and colour, creating a very unique way of working.

To promote this wonderful way of working within the UK, I have decided to open my studio to up to three people per workshop to teach this alternative process and give photographers and creatives alike who have been searching for a more organic way of working an alternative way of creating original artworks for pleasure or your clients.

The Art of Photo-Encaustics Workshop
